SEAFOLK HOUSE

Don’t look past booking this fab house.  It was perfect for our family with grandparents, two teens and family dog.  Plenty of space - 2 outdoor areas with wrap around garden very secure for dogs.   The location is perfect for us and everyone could easily walk to everything and we didn't use the car once.  The house has everything you’d need for a beach holiday and we can highly recommend. Thank you Lou & Tam for everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super close to the beach and local shops and restaurants, had a gorgeous view of the heads and great couches for lounging. The two living spaces were great for the kids and kitchen really well catered to cook in. We will be back, thanks Lou!

Barwon heads is a perfect place for young and old. We spent every day at the river which was a five minute walk. My sisters kids loved the games and books.  We loved sitting upstairs with magazines and the view!  The beach towels and chairs were appreciated.
The IGA conveniently across the road was our go to for BBQ and loved the local Italian restaurant, recommended by Tam.

We had a mini break at Seafolk House.  We loved spending time upstairs with the view and watching the ships go through the heads.  My son had a ship tracker and we were able to identify each vessel!  An unexpected highlight for him.  The location is perfect, we ate at the pub each night,  didn't use the car and walked the Bluff and explored the rock pools.   Wish we had longer in Barwon Heads so we will be back!!

Lou’s place was absolute perfection, the interior design was beyond stunning and the balcony view upstairs is amazing!

Lou was very helpful to liaise with and we loved the arrival bread and goodies.

If you want to park up and wander you couldn't not get a better location! It was a short stroll to the beach, shops, cafes and pub! There was no need for a car, unless driving out of Barwon.
The house was lovely, bright and spotless clean and the older kids loved running over to the jetty on high tide for "jetty jumping" with the local kids.  . Our host was very friendly, accomodating for our group and recommended some great places to eat . Highly recommend!

If you're looking to stay in Barwon Heads for a long weekend - look no further than Seafolk House!

The property is walkable to absolutely everything in town - The River, the main street with shops, cafes and restaurants, Ocean Grove Beach and 13th beach. I would absolutely stay in this property again. The master bedroom is upstairs with Ensuite and a lovely rumpus room. There are river/ocean views from this level and it is beautifully light filled. We comfortably stayed at Seafolk House as a family of 4 with our Brittany Spaniel as well as my parents visiting from Overseas.

The mattresses, linen and pillows are INCREDIBLE! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and organised to deliver paddle boards as well as a blender, at a moments notice! The back yard is private and secure. We look forward to staying here again!

One of the BEST holidays and Airbnb stays we have ever had.  Seafolk House has a real sense of homeliness the moment you step in the front door..

Definitely the most well equipped kitchens we have come across for a holiday rental..
